Each Friday, students explore a new technique, sketch out ideas, and bring them to life one bead at a time.
Over six weeks, students learn how to plan a design using color, pattern, and balance. They practice stringing beaded bracelets, measuring for the right fit, and finishing their work with clasps and closures using real jewelry pliers. As their skills grow, so do their projects, from simple patterned bracelets to more detailed pieces with charms and mixed beads. Along the way, they’re building fine-motor control, focus, and an eye for design.
The best part is the moment a student slips a finished bracelet onto their wrist, or wraps one up to give to someone they love. Many kids discover how good it feels to make a gift by hand. The class has a warm, creative energy: students share ideas, trade color tips, and admire each other’s creations, so everyone leaves inspired.
