Homeschool Consulting
Curriculum, schedules, record-keeping, high school credits — your homeschool, finally figured out. We get to know your child first, then build a plan that works in real life. In person across Miami-Dade, and by video call anywhere in the U.S.
How Homeschool Consulting Works
Homeschooling is incredibly rewarding — and sometimes incredibly overwhelming. Consulting exists to lift that weight from your shoulders, and to leave you with a plan you can actually follow.
1. Book a free 15-minute call
Tell us where your homeschool is stuck — the curriculum, the schedule, the paperwork, or all three. No commitment, no prep needed.
2. We get to know your child
Their strengths, challenges, learning style, and goals. Understanding the student is what separates a plan that works from a plan that looks good.
3. You get a plan that works in real life
What to teach, when to teach it, and how to record it — plus ongoing check-ins that swap out what is not working and keep what is.
What your plan covers
As your child grows and circumstances change, ongoing check-ins keep the plan current — so your homeschool stays organized and moving confidently forward.

Homeschool Consulting FAQ
Answers for Miami-Dade families weighing a homeschool consultation.
What is homeschool consulting?
Homeschool consulting is planning support for the parent, not instruction for the student. We start by truly understanding your child — their strengths, challenges, learning style, and goals — and then build a clear, actionable plan that works in real life: what to teach, when to teach it, and how to keep the records that prove it happened.
Who is consulting for?
Families who are starting out and do not know where to begin, and families who have homeschooled for years and hit something new — a learning difference, a child who has outgrown the current curriculum, or the jump into high school credits and college planning. If the decisions feel endless, this is the service that ends them.
What does the plan actually include?
Curriculum recommendations tailored to your child, realistic daily and weekly schedules, progress goals and milestones, a record-keeping system, strategies for focus or behavioral challenges, and a pathway to graduation, college, trades, or whatever comes next. As your child grows, ongoing check-ins keep the plan current — we swap out what is not working and keep what is.
Do you help with Florida's homeschool paperwork?
Yes — record-keeping guidance is part of every plan. We help you build a system you can actually maintain: the notice you file with your county, a portfolio of your child's work through the year, and the annual evaluation — so none of it becomes a scramble in the spring. Our homeschool terms guide explains the vocabulary before we ever meet.
Do you only work with families in Miami?
No. We meet Miami-Dade families in person, and we work with homeschool parents across the United States by video call. The plan is the same either way — the assessment, the curriculum recommendations, the schedule, and the check-ins all travel.
Does consulting replace our curriculum or our school?
No. Consulting is advisory: we work with whatever your family already uses, and we recommend changes only where they earn their place. A plan can also route your child into our own programs — a learning pod, a microschool seat, one-on-one coaching — when that is genuinely the right fit, but nothing here requires it.
Can Florida scholarships pay for homeschool consulting?
Many Miami-Dade families use Florida's education scholarships — FES-UA, PEP, and AAA Scholarship — toward educational planning and support services like our consulting. If you already manage funds in the EMA platform, we're happy to help you navigate putting them toward your family's plan.
How much does consulting cost, and how do we start?
Every plan is built around one family, so the best first step is a quick conversation: book a free 15-minute call and we'll scope what you need. Consulting starts with a one-time registration fee and continues as a month-to-month engagement — no long-term contract, and the amounts are set out in your agreement. Our service policy covers the refund and pro-rata terms.
